February was a busy month for us, and we have some great new features to show for it!  All hosted customers can now begin using the following new features:

Importing and Exporting

Importing and Exporting data have always been possible in Helpy using our open API.  New in February is the ability to import and export tickets, users and knowledge base documentation using CSV files.  This gives non technical folks or those that are not comfortable working with APIs an option to add customer records, knowledgebasedocumentation or tickets from a legacy solution.  It also provides a convenient way to backup your articles.

Knowledge base Reporting

Reporting for your knowledgebase has always been possible through Google Analytics, but it is now also available in the Reporting tab.  Available reports include which of your articles get the most views, how they are discovered, searches leading to docs, top categories and more!


Other Notable Changes:

New Translations: Updates to French and Chinese.  Addition of Arabic, Korean, Malaysian, and Indonesian

When an email ticket is CC'd to multiple recipients, the people CC'd are now added to the ticket history and will continue to be unless they are manually removed.

Several minor UX bugs were fixed, and other enhancements made.
